The website provides corporate and business information concerning Foxtrane’s capabilities and services, including international procurement, sourcing, trading, project support and related activities.

Submission of an RFQ, enquiry, supplier-registration request, contact form or other communication through the website does not create a contract, purchase order, agency relationship, distributorship, appointment, exclusivity arrangement or other commercial obligation upon Foxtrane.

Foxtrane may accept, reject or seek clarification regarding an enquiry or RFQ.

Any procurement, supply, consultancy, project-support or other commercial engagement is subject to the applicable quotation, purchase order, contract, framework agreement or other commercial documentation agreed between the relevant parties.

Where an executed commercial agreement conflicts with these Website Terms in relation to a specific transaction, the executed commercial agreement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, manufacturer references, certifications and other technical information appearing on the website are provided for general informational purposes unless expressly incorporated into binding commercial documentation.

Foxtrane may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its systems, users or business.

8.⁠ ⁠Fraud and Impersonation

Foxtrane Energy FZE LLC does not charge suppliers fees to register, qualify or participate in legitimate Foxtrane procurement opportunities.

Official Foxtrane business email communications are issued from the @foxtrane.com domain.

Communications purporting to originate from Foxtrane that contain unexpected or unusual requests should be independently verified.

Foxtrane does not change its bank account details by email alone.

Always independently verify new or amended payment instructions using trusted contact information obtained separately from the email, invoice or payment instruction concerned.
